Ellen Payton has been a successful executive and corporate recruiter for over 15 years. Clients are growing companies, in energy, chemical, pharmaceutical and related industries. Searches are both national and global.
Ellen's time is spent with clients, determining their position specifications and future business plans. Then, outstanding talents with an equally strong fit to the company are sought and exhaustively qualified. Payton works in all levels of need for her clients including Management and Executive roles in Engineering, Manufacturing, Scientific, General Management, Marketing/Sales, and Finance/I/T.
After a progressive Fortune 500 human resources management career, Ellen Payton joined Reitzer Group International, part of the MRI network of executive recruiters. Her past career includes various corporate and site positions in chemical, plastics, and fibers manufacturing, engineering, research and development, sales/marketing, and finance. Significant career accomplishments include mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs, and divestitures. Education includes MBA, Business Management, University of Tennessee, and BS, Computer Science, VA Tech.
Mike Harrison had a very successful career in commercial construction before joining Reitzer Group. Mike’s extensive experience on domestic and international projects with multinational clients presents his current clients with a wealth of knowledge and understanding of the needs that confront each of them on a daily basis. Mike understands project planning, negotiations, staff training, estimating and purchasing, cost control, evaluating supplier performance, architectural aluminum manufacturing processes, along with drafting and engineering coordination.
Mike spends is time with his clients learning their specific requirements for their positions that ultimately result in bringing outstanding talent to his clients that adds great value to their growing companies. Based on Mike’s knowledge base of the industry, he can successfully work at all levels of need for his clients. |
